1. Booking & Payments:
All appointments must be secured with either a non-refundable booking fee or full payment at the time of booking.
Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received, whether that is the booking fee or the full payment.
If only the booking fee has been paid, any outstanding balance must be settled before the appointment, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not made as agreed.
2. Booking Fees:
The booking fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
The booking fee will be deducted from the total price of the service at the time of the appointment.
Face-to-face bookings or bookings made by any other method also require a booking fee before the appointment is confirmed.
3. Cancellations & Refunds:
More than 24 hours' notice: if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours' notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.
No-shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in no refund and you may be charged the full amount of the service.
4. Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel, you may reschedule your appointment instead of receiving a refund.
Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we ask you to give as much notice as possible to secure your new date and time.
Emergencies will be handled at our discretion (see Section 7).
5. Late Payments: All outstanding balances must be settled before the appointment, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.
Failure to pay as agreed may result in cancellation of the service without refund.
Repeat late payments may lead to refusal of future bookings.
A late payment fee of £10 will be applied to overdue balances.
6. Required Forms & Meet and Greet:
Before your appointment, you will be asked to complete:
Vet Release Form
Owner & Pet Form
Photo & Video Consent For
Any other forms depending on the service booked.
A free meet and greet will be offered once the booking is confirmed.
A signed contract must also be completed at the meet and greet.
7. Emergencies:
We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
At our discretion, we may allow a one-time reschedule or credit toward a future appointment instead of applying the standard cancellation terms.
If we ever have to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency on our side, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no extra cost.
8. Refunds Processing:
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after cancellation.
